Have to wait for this guy for 10 mins under his block when i clearly told him i am there, I ask for conditions he said 9.5/10 but there some part of the phone case rubber not sticking to the plastic(is suppose to be 8/10, in all honesty), now i can go now but those are the main reason. The only reason why i gave him a neutral is cause the price is dirt cheap.
