SCAMMER, DO NOT BUY The only reason why I can leave this feedback is because of the Carousell admin's intervention. This seller cheats money. Immediately after I made my payment, I made an offer which she refused to accept. She completely stopped replying me, but was able to keep creating new listings. It's been MONTHS and needless to say, the item has not arrived. When the admin team contacted her, she finally replied me outrightly refusing to do a refund or send me anything. No proof of mail
To clarify, buyer opted for normal postage. The issue is with the post office as item was mailed out successfully. Buyer was notified and snapshot of the parcel was sent before mailing to check the address before posting out. Understand that this is an undesirable experience, but it is the risk of opting for normal postage and I do not absorb losses due to lost mail. Feedback from other buyers have always been positive. If I were a scammer, Carousell admins would have suspended my account.
Great seller to deal with! She provides prompt responds and is keen to advice on the sizing. Although the sizing is still quite big for me, she provides additional padding to be send to me after issue is being raised. Thank you! (:
