It’s crazy how honesty offends people these days. I simply left an honest review based on what I received. Instead of taking responsibility for the undisclosed flaws, you tell buyers to “buy brand new.” That’s not the point. No one expects perfection from a used item we just expect an honest description. Transparency shouldn’t be optional it should be the bare minimum. A seller’s reputation isn’t ruined by reviews. It’s ruined by dishonesty. People nowadays 😩
