We rent a BMW, no doubt we did signed a t&c stating in any event the car breaks down, lessee is still liable to pay the rental fees and towing charges.But we dnt expect the car to breaks down on us the 1st day of renting,after about 3 hrs! Reason for the breaksdown, ABS lock, lessee fault? We believe they dnt maintain the car often; its like 1 sided contract.Ms Tan was nice to help us. We got back our remaining 1 day of rental fees and $50 deposit (suppose to be $150, $100 deduct for towing) 😵
