Good buyer with punctual payment. Difficulty in communication where it’s been extremely challenging to arrange for mailing with covid-19, especially the 5th wave + surge in cases that brought about change in post office closure times and closing of post offices in several districts. I understand it’s my duty to mail it, but they could have been a bit more understanding on the shipping arrangement.
This salesperson took 2 weeks to mail my item. I have been very understanding with them and Covid’s regulations, reminding them of safety against covid. She constantly kept telling me she would mail the item the next day or of next week yet never did till I asked firmly, if I didn’t ask her another time to mail my item, I’m not sure I would even get it.
