[13 May update] There were some miscommunication earlier until we could not proceed the deal and it was called off. At the same night seller sincerely apologised and offered to reinstate the deal by coming to meet myself instead. The dealing process was smooth and we managed to complete the deal at last. Seller is a trustworthy person and reliable character.
