Kimberly is very punctual and professional. She get started almost immediately upon reaching the pit and came prepared with things like scissors and knife. Food bbq-ed beautifully by Kimberly. for steak, she'll even ask what degree of doneness do we want it to be, and it's just as we asked for, medium rare. we got plenty of comments from our family the food was cooked just right and delicious.
