Listing clearly stated that if buyer opts for normal mailing, seller will not be liable for any lost mail. Proof of mail was sent to the buyer but unfortunately the mail was undelivered and the buyer still demands compensation. ๐
I only expected the refund for the product as I did not receive the product and not for the postage . I think itโs only fair to just refund me for just the cost of the product I did not receive . Seller should be deem liable for the refund of the product cost if the buyer did not receive the product and not just blame it on lost mail .
