11/1/2023 買家向本人本詢購買的詳細，包括相片，尺寸。甚至要求提供影片並在Whatsapp傳送俾佢嘅電話：Karson Hi 9726998x。 12/1/2023 買家要求唔想順豐到付，畢竟價錢對一個讀九龍x國際學校嘅學生係相對地貴。並要求在太和港鐵站交收。 13/1/2023 買家再次提出願意支付$50的士費用並在康樂園門外的Shell油站交收。並由屋企人Vincent Ho Lai Tsik-6152769x代為支付有關費用。晚上7時，再次向買家確定是否明日交收。買家並在14/1/2023凌晨12時35分回覆確定交收。早上11時收到買家查問可否試穿後才購買遭到本人拒絕，因擔心尺寸不合。遭到本人拒絕後，買家即日取消交收。並惡意留下負評。拎哂野出門口一句對唔住都無，又無修養又無禮貌…仲要學人人玩野…大家見到依個人出價真係唔好信👎🏻
