Packed and mailed item upon receiving payment. Item was one of the products I've sold previously to other customers but received no complaints at all. Came in preorder but buyer claimed item was defected, worse still, distorted. Super exaggerating like the words she used to insult me when I refuse to compensate for something that was, in fact, bnip. Could've been damaged during the process of mailing, idk. But I don't even care now cuz she's one mad motherfucker. Emotionally unstable maybe.
