Slow and no response when arrived to pick up. Made a wasted trip. Even the mobile number given has no connection. If battery is going flat, should have informed earlier. This is a bad excuse. We informed we would be there in 10mins. How battery could go flat in 10mins?? We waited 30mins in the carpark. Made 10 over calls. Requested a few attempts earlier to pick up but was rejected due to many reasons. Irresponsible seller. No deal!
It's not that the hp number has no connection it's just that the battery is flat and the phone was not charged...if u r not dealing it's fine with me i dnt mind and sorry for ur wasted trip. P.S. And also dnt forget that the item was kept reserved for u for quite sometime and I've rejected quite a few customers and yet I nvr grumble or complain☹
