Don't waste time with people like him. After offering so many time and places end up backing out without even having the courtesy to inform. If you don't wanna buy anymore I am ok at least have the courtesy to inform. Not everyone is as free as you to wait.

I think the least you owe me for 2 hours of waiting and an travel penalty for overstay is an explanation for the no show and a reimbursement of the penalty if fit. Thanks.
