The seller appeared nice and friendly. It all looked alright and his positive feedback here was reassuring. I bought a gpu card from Benson yesterday, December 5th. The card is faulty, one of the fans is not working and it leads to overheating of the card. The seller stopped responding and hangs up the phone. I think he blocked me on WhatsApp some messages are not marked as delivered.
Issue found: Buyer's PSU was overloading due to his faulty hardware. Has since been resolved.
Item delivered as described Pleasant transaction! After a few speed bumps finally got the item. Thumbs up 👍🏻
