Not a serious buyer . Keep promising day by day almost 3 Weeks. Ask for COD term & I request deposit , insist to pay full by COD . But after her 3 weeks she text me back for the stroller and i said the same thing , depo first only can COD as I'd bad experience while dealing with her thru whatsapp . At lastly im giving up and sells to other potential & serious buyer also with cod term & agreed depo
