As other negative seller comments, very unreasonable buyer. Senior buyer who may have struggled with understanding the specs of the camera. Throughout chat, he made wrong offer to different products, didn't have clear understanding of each products and require many times of advice with no understanding. He also expect full service support despite stated clearly no warranty and support. Beware If you are selling technical item to buyer.Item has no fault since he even posted pics camera working!
You are a bad seller. I bought with the understanding that Brinno Singapore will back up the repair abd servicing. This is a very important condition as outside is selling 285.00 per piece. And you is selling 110.00 per piece. Managing the risk of you selling cheap and new. With Brinno can do the servicing i proceed to purchase. Dear buyer. Do not buy from this seller. Brinno will not support.bought new and no support from authoried agent..now seller changed name to C2C beware.
