reported an issue on the earpiece that i bought from him. i got ignored 2 full days. it is only an 88 dollar item. ask me to go samsung for advice. but did not give any documentation to support the faulty earpiece claim. horrendous.

Item is delivered SEALED and is a birthday present. Once seal is broken, how i know if you had replaced a faulty product and try to claim. Please stick to retailers if you want receipt for things you brought.
