The bicycle was not properly installed by the seller. Several components were loose or misaligned, making it unsafe to ride. Despite their claims of meeting bicycle standards, the poor assembly clearly shows otherwise. This reflects a lack of quality control and care. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller if you expect a ready-to-use and properly assembled product.
