very disappointed in seller as we had a deal. i offered deposit so that he can accept and reserve for me. however, he just accepted but didn’t reserve but i trusted him in good faith. he claimed that he couldn’t deal until later in the week as he was overseas. little did i know he was using this time to find higher bidders. would have appreciated transparency and not treated like a backup plan
