The skirt had flaws but was labeled as “like new”. Seller also did not reply after i told her abt the flaws and requested for partial refund.

I can't give partial refund because it is really not visible the picture that you sent me is not even a hole, its a scartch since the material of the fabric is suede. I offered you to return the item after you receive it agad via lalamove so that i will give you a full refund i waited for your responce but you only respond ng kinabukasan pa kasi sabi mo gagamitin po for an event, tapos yung reply mo pa is you insisted on partial refund which i cannot allow kasi ginamit mo na.
