Received the wrong item. Seller didn’t ship out the correct item on time & now she won’t give me my refund. Update 5/11/26 - refunded This has been my most unpleasant transaction here on Carousell. Never again.

Yup, worst experience because I didn’t ask for the inconvenience & the DELAYED REFUND 😂😂😂 Your item has been AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP since May 9 LOLLLLL it’s not my problem if you’re not arranging the pickup for your item 😂
Person was refunded her money, still has MY item and has the gall to say it was her worst experience in the app.
