She's a very knowledgeable and understanding coach as she's willing to calibrate the lesson based on your needs and ability. Additionally, she will also correct and explain the rationale behind each postures that will benefit you in the long run. What's more, as a beginner, I don't have any prior experience in yoga. With her assistance, I am able to do simple moves during my own time as well!
