These HP ink cartridges are non-functional. My printer flagged them as either used or counterfeit. The seller has not responded to my return requests.
Follow-up review
HP printers use cartridge authentication to prevent theft or reuse. Once used in any printer, a cartridge may be locked and can't be reused elsewhere. I asked the seller to check if cartridge protection was on, but she refused to answer. And she refused to cancel this deal as the cartridges were not working.

I have already provided the official QR code verification proving the cartridges are authentic. Despite this, you continue to claim they may be counterfeit. It is unreasonable to accuse me of selling fake items when I have already shown proof of authenticity. If your printer is experiencing issues, that does not automatically mean the cartridges are fake.
