Promised to come and collect the treadmill, but stopped replying after that. If the item were light, it would still be okay, but the treadmill is very heavy and difficult to handle.She should not make commitments so casually if she is not sure, as this kind of behaviour is quite irresponsible and causes inconvenience to others.
