This is the latest version, not the older versions with no backlit in the dark nor Cine mode, etc etc. Only took out for testing and checking where the meter is as accurate as my other Sekonic meters that I have used to shoot and develop slide film with accuracy. Has a matte finish instead of glossy like most other Sekonic models. No warranty but currently offered at a significant discount from RTP of $368. Meetups at Kangkar
