[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.

Do not buy from this seller. Seller claimed the item is 17mm pixiu. But the pixiu I received is only 12mm. She insisted me to go Taka shop to check but I rejected coz it’s inconvenient to me. So I’m asking for a refund as she told me she can’t exchange it coz the initial one has been booked by other buyer. She then deleted the item and not replying anymore.

misunderstanding for missing out the deal as seller sold to someone else instead after being accepting my offer. nevertheless seller does offer solution which bear more losses instead which I decline (why would she repurchase to make more losses?).. guess have to chats more details with her to clear any misunderstanding whoever dealing with 🐦...................
