❤️ T&C (important) last updated: 11 Oct 2022, 1:11pm ➢ General • Your Attitude = Our Attitude, Don’t Trust = Don’t Buy • T&C applies to EVERY listing • No Backouts after commenting - No refunds if payment made • No MIAs after ordering (goods will be sold if no replies within 1 month unless informed beforehand) • Not reliable for any supplier scam/ goods’ defects • Please inform us if you change your username • We reserve the rights to reject any orders for any reasons • We reserve the rights to amend the t&c without prior notice so please read before ordering everytime ➢ Ordering • Please refer to individual listings on how to place your orders • Please ensure that you are 100% sure of purchasing, please do not waste each other’s time • Please refrain from asking us estimate of second payment and ETA of items (depends on various factors, we are not able to control them!) • Orders are done in batches so please order only if you can wait • Payment message will be sent within 24hours upon ordering! CTB if you do not receive! ➢ Payment • All payments must be in within 24hours upon receiving payment message (please ask for extensions if required), no payment received within deadline = order(s) voided!! • Payment only via PayNow or PayLah (Bank Transfer - DM us) - STRICTLY NO coin deposit, concealed cash, COD • Payment to be exact, any extras we will treat as donations to fund our small business :) • Proof of payment must be sent to us else we will disregard it as payment not in and your order(s) will not be taken. • Please refer to screenshot of payment format (we have the right to reject your payment if you do not follow the format & we are unable to find your payment)* • Please indicate your username in the comments section when making payment • Refunds will only be made if item goes OOS ➢ Updates • Updates will be sent for orders acknowledgement, goods arrival, collection details • Will update Masterlist regularly, refer there for status of your item(s)* • Feel free to CTB us if there is a need for any order proofs ➢ Collection • Collection Method: Normal Mail (Preferred)/ Registered Mail, Meetups (Depends, Mainly Woodlands to Sembawang)/ Self Collection (CTB us) • Goods will be held for 1 month upon collection details sent out, after that goods will be confiscated with no refunds • Address check and mailing proof will be provided (will be deleted after 2 weeks of mailing) • Should there be any return mails, extra mailing fee will be required • Not responsible for lost mails/ damage caused during mailing (strictly no refunds!) • All posters will be folded for mailing ➢ Condition of Goods • All goods will be checked upon arrival, buyers will be informed of any defects/ damages/ missing items found • Any defects/ damages/ missing items found will be reported to the supplier, however we will not be responsible for the defects/ damages as it is not caused by us & no guarantees that we are able to retrieve whatever is missing (no refunds will be given if unable to recover) • Any defects caused by mailing will not be held liable by us • Strictly no refund for any missing items and defects caused by manufacturing/ shipping/ mailing, etc. (anything that is not caused by us) Upon submission of orders, you will be automatically deemed as agreeing to our T&Cs.
