Part-Time Telemarketer – Financial Services We are looking for confident and well-spoken individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telemarketers. Our company specialises in investment and financial solutions, and this role will primarily support our team of financial consultants by reaching out to potential clients and arranging appointments. Job Scope - Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from our provided database - Introduce our company and provide a brief overview of our services - Identify and engage prospects who may be interested in exploring financial or investment solutions - Schedule appointments for our Financial Consultants - Follow up with prospects where necessary - Record call outcomes, feedback and prospect information accurately in our database - Maintain a professional and courteous manner throughout all interactions Who We’re Looking For - Singaporeans and PR are encouraged to apply - Fluent in spoken English with clear pronunciation and good conversational skills - Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone - Able to communicate clearly, professionally and naturally - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage different types of personalities - Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn - No prior telemarketing or financial services experience required — training and guidance will be provided We’re particularly suited to individuals who are articulate, personable and comfortable having conversations with new people. Working Hours Monday – Friday | 09:00 AM – 9:00 PM Part-time / flexible arrangements can be discussed.
