We’re seeking enthusiastic and persuasive individuals to join our telemarketing team, where you’ll make outbound calls, introduce our services, and schedule appointments with potential clients. No experience is required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as full training will be provided. -Make outbound calls to potential leads from our leads data base -Follow up on warm and cold leads, maintaining regular communication to nurture and convert them into sales by setting appointments for Sales Reps. -Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and manage progress in the Leads data base. -Provide promotions running and service information to potential prospects, addressing any questions or concerns. -Record and update customer information in the database. -Record feedback in the database from the prospects.
