Disaster! Left me a bad review, even aft agreeing to close the matter? Facts: Seller quoted $3.50 for mail & refused CarouPay. I tried to arrange meeting up aft offer, bt the timings was hard, so I opted mail. Dress arrived with a broken corset & stains. She shifted the blame to me for choosing mail,& implied I cause the stains. She refused a return and full refund, so i accept a partial instead.
