*THIS IS OUR RATE* ✅Basic Cleaning Wall Mounted Fancoil Unit ~ 3 units or more @ S$25/unit ~ 2 units @ S$30/unit ~ 1 unit @ S$40 Estimated duration per unit: 15 to 20min depending on fancoil unit model ✅THIS IS OUR PROCESS 1. Remove, clean and wash front cover or panel & air filters. 2. Remove the blower* and rinse it thoroughly with clean water. 3. Brush the evaporator coil & vacuum lightly. 4. Clean the drain pan and vacuum the drain line. 5. Reassemble and test run for 10 to 15 minutes. ✅Upgrade to Pressure Jet Wash or Steam Clean - Additional $15 per unit (Applicable for all types of servicing) ✅Gas top up $100-S$120 (R22) ; $120-$150 (R410) ✅Troubleshooting $70. For troubleshooting that does not require gas top up.
