Description

So, this is an iPad Pro 32GB that I bought on 21st Dec last year on Carousell. First thing I checked was the warranty and the seller (surreyhills then and now changed to avonhills after the transaction and now invalid_account) said have 2 years apple care warranty till oct 2022. Price was $599 and I paid $590. Met the buyer, who claimed to be from MSF and volunteering @ECONS nursing home at Braddell, paid the money and then, guess what? No warranty till date. Gave me a bogus WhatsApp number from another buyer. Checked with apple and they said no warranty for this iPad. Seller refusing to refund me and Carousell has been informed. Police has been notified too. See police report as above. So why the $100? If anyone has any information on this seller, invalid_account, DM me. Will offer good money if I can catch this swindler. Will be worth your time. Thank you. Edit. Seller has changed his username to “invalid_account” after many people are looking for him/ her.
