𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐓𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫? //𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲// step 1: ctb us! we'll discuss about the item(s) you are interested in engaging us to design. we'll quote you a price based on your requested design. step 2: full payment must be made before we proceed with designing. after making your payment, we will require you to fill in a google form for your details. step 3: designing will take at least 2-4 days unless otherwise stated. once done, we will send the first draft via email. step 4: changes can be implemented (3 minor changes will be given per design, further changes will be charged accordingly). once approved by you, we're done! And will the price charged still be the same? A: Yes, you may have different designs BUT the rates stated are all for 1 design ☺️ So if you have more than 1, the price will be multiplied by the number of designs you have (e.g. PHOTOCARDS: 2 designs, 50pcs each > $8 x 2 = $16) Q: Do you accept cash? A: We are able to accept cash transactions only if you are able to come to our convenience! Q: I will not be able to collect the items until a certain date, are you able to hold on to it for me first? A: Yes, we are able to keep your items, provided that you inform us beforehand of the date that you are able to collect them. Otherwise, we are only able to keep it for a maximum of 4 weeks after informing you of its arrival before we'll confiscate the item(s). Q: Do I need to submit the design with bleed? A: You are not required to, but you may submit designs with 3mm extra edges for photo bleed if you wish c: Q: Do you do overseas shipping? A: Sadly, we currently don't! :( But what you can do is to get a middle person from Singapore who is able to ship it for you and we'll send it to the Singapore address! Q: If I submit the design by today, will I receive the item by next week? A: Unfortunately, you won't receive the item(s) until at least 1.5 weeks or a maximum of 4 weeks. We really encourage you to submit your designs early to receive them on time as we usually send the designs for printing on Saturdays as a batch to lighten your second payment! ^^
