I can prepare the following list type of drawings: *Architectural and Interior Drawing* - Layout Plan - Elevations - Sections - 2D plans convert to 3D with rendering - sketches to CAD Drawing - PDF to CAD Drawing *MEP Drawings* - Mechanical Drawings (Fire Fighting, HVAC/ACMV, Plumbing) - Electrical Drawings (Lighting & Power Layout, SLD (Single Line Diagram) Using software: * AutoCAD (2D & 3D) * Sketchup (3D works) * Revit (3D works) * Photoshop (For 3D Views Color correction) * V-ray (For rendering) * Enscape (For rendering) Pricing: S$30-$60 per drawing -Depending on the complexity of the drawing, the price may change -2 changes allowed for each completed drawing -3rd and consequent changes will be charged an additional $5 each time -Half of the payment is to be made BEFORE progressing with drawing.
