2 chilli pastes for all you chilli lovers out there! 1. Hainanese Style Chilli Paste: $7 per bottle; $19 for 3 bottles The perfect accompaniment to your favourite chicken rice and any Asian cuisine. About 230g a bottle. Chilli paste good for 2 weeks in the chiller (if it lasts that long!) and up to 6 months in the freezer. 2. Belacan Chilli Paste: $12 each or $33 for 3 bottles. A local favourite for those who like to spice things up! As an accompaniment to your savoury dishes, or add into any soupy items. Add some dried prawns and you can have your sambal kangkong. Many ways to devour this. Also perfect as a gift! About 150ml a bottle. Chilli paste must be refrigerated. Good for 3 months in the freezer. Can add lime juice just before serving if prefer an even wetter consistency or more sourness. These chilli pastes are nut-free but please note that we use a range of nuts in our kitchen, including peanuts, so there may be traces of nuts. We are not halal-certified.
