Bought a 2nd hand speaker from him. Checked the rubber was ok and I am no expert on this. When the speaker was installed there was a crack sound. After check by the installer, he noticed the woofer cone & rubber was not sticking together, probably after not used for sometime causing the issue. I informed the seller on this. We met up &showed him. He only want to refund $40 out of $60.
