Description
I purchased this keyboard through a private sale around 2003 and kept it stored away without using it much. It's a model characterized by its gray IBM logo and removable keycaps. The label on the back is worn as expected for its age, but the exterior is in good condition. * Important Points A problem with the Model M series is the detachment of plastic rivets. This unit also appears to have lost about 10 plastic rivets, and when the keyboard is turned upside down and shaken, the detached rivets fall out. E

English keyboard, connection cable (PS2), PS2-to-USB connection cable Purchased new about 40 years ago from a keyboard specialty store in Akihabara. Compared to modern keyboards, it's heavier, has a heavier key touch, and makes a "clack, clack" sound when pressed (buckling spring mechanism). It's quite large (approximately 40cm wide) and has been stored away without much use, so the usage time is low and the keys don't seem to be worn out. However, there is some dirt from use and fading due to age

I am selling an IBM-brand PS/2 keyboard with a US layout as junk. I own several Model M keyboards, but I am finding it difficult to find the time to overhaul them. I am selling this one to someone who can use it as a base for restoration or as a donor for an M13. I am a pet- and smoke-free household. A PS/2-to-USB adapter will be included. [Please note the following when listing this item] The following keys cause simultaneous keystrokes (ghosting): "BS" and "F9", "=" and "", "Del" and "4", "I
