Bruichladdich spirit is matured in a combination of first fill bourbon barrels (75%) and this time first and second fill Bordeaux red wine casks (25%) - rather than Spanish Rioja.

This is the first batch of Lochindaal single malt Scotch whisky bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Lochindaal is a rarely seen whisky produced by Bruichladdich, which is slightly more peated than its Port Charlotte expressions though not as heavily peated as its Octomore.
