Few days aft receiving, this customer complained the tyre is always soft while riding.We suspect might be the tube have puncture, so we couldnt advise more frm chat,instead we asked her to bring bck to our warehse or we offer on-site service to check at additional cost. Not satisfied with our reply claiming bicycle has defects n not willing to send cos too far away. Not sure which bicycle shop will do a warranty on tube though, not only warranty tube but ON-SITE WATRANTY, Pls judge for urself!
