Had a less-than-ideal experience with their aircon servicing. They suggested a chemical wash, which I felt wasn’t needed. After servicing, the unit leaked again. Upon checking myself, I found the drainage pipe wasn’t properly cleared. They apologised and offered to return, but I couldn’t arrange it. Appreciate the gesture, but overall a bit disappointing.

This is a totally scam company. Seriously i don’t know how they have so many 5 stars reviews. They are managed by a bunch of malaysians and their workers are from blangadesh. Going to report to MOM. They draw you in with their cheap prices and then keep on upsell you and their worksmanship is bad like hell. They will target elders and keep pestering them once they are in your house.

Quoted price for top up gas $80-$120, same as what other quoted, when on site worker quote $150, and pay $50 if no service, so no choice but proceed. No more next time.

ghosted on every platform after unable to fulfill the services agreed. my husband paid for annual services contract + aircon leakage repair with warranty - you took the money already and dont reply?!! if you cant fulfill then at least communicate and refund not just ghosted! not recommended at all not worth the frustration

Engaged them twice for my aircon servicing. The first time was great, got them to do chemical wash for my aircon. Decided to engage them again for the second time, this time round they told me my aircon compressor is very dirty and need to do chemical flushing. End up they didn't bother cleaning up and my window frame is permanently stained. No reply from whatsapp, don't bother picking up call.

Why are you even in business? Giving “advise” in disguise as upsell and charge more. lol! Want to ya ya papaya with your words, insulting the intelligence of our local people.

Job was less than 15 mins told me chemical wash upsell everything compressor say very dirty but when I find out around all they did wash just spray abit scrub it off use my water bidet to spray it off total price 200 dollars for simple rush job. Texted them no respond as well. Beware post put 18 Pm them 40 Come down tell me alot thing I was okay paying but the cleaning was all less than 15 mins

very disgusted how they general cleaning our Aircon, on the site up it's 18$ and they charged us 30$ per unit, so it's 90$ for our 3 rooms. I even didn't went to work just to see how they clean, but I told to brush the blower the dont want to do also, they just wipe with a cloth, servicing so bad. money not worth it to pay 90$ . you need to find other trusted servicing. you waste yr money

Terrible experience. We engaged them to service 4 units. After that we asked them to take a quick look at a 5th unit that was chemically washed two days earlier. They said it was well done, yet still serviced it and charged us. They also did not check the compressors as stated. Repeated attempts to resolve this were ignored.
