This has been the worst transaction I’ve ever had. Item was listed as brand new but the item arrived with clear sign of use like discoloring and scratches. I’m disappointed not because of the seller’s dishonesty which is not acceptable. Please be cautious before dealing.
Follow-up review
If seller was honest abt the condition of the item this would not have happened. Item was listed as free but with a delivery fee. Not a large amt but enuff for a simple meal so technically it’s not entirely free. Seller agreed for return but only by pick locker & cost to be borne by me. Even with initial deliver fee refund, I’m still paying for return fee. At this point I might as well keep it.

Good that you put up the pictures to show just how ridiculous you are. Item is FREE! It has never been used but kept in drawer for a while. And again, it's FREE! If you're thinking of reselling, that explained the fuss. If it's for personal use, it's perfect! I asked to return but you didn't want to return. Just ridiculous! Next time go Smiggle and buy! Yes Pick Locker to avoid RETURN ABUSE! Coz pple can just take & take, see don't like, then return. Don't even care sellers had forked out $!

Actually delivery no problem. Next day delivery upon shipping. However the deliveryman put the package on the floor as they did not know the content (ruqyah water). So, can hardly blame him/ her for this. Perhaps next time buyer could put a basket on the gate with a note that packages to be delivered inside the basket if expecting such item. Just a suggestion :)
