Hi bro, sorry to hear you are unhappy. As shown in the photos, I didn’t experience the ink-like smudge myself so I wasn’t sure what you were talking about. Secondly, the tracking pad was less responsive due to it being an older model (2015 model). It’s normal wear and tear so it’s expected. The laptop is fully functional as listed. Buyer has checked and accepted the item’s condition before and during transaction, but is now blaming me after transaction is complete. Completely unreasonable.
