Changed from 5★ to 1★ after a total nightmare. Buyer selected meetup, then asked me to post, sent postage late, then gave wrong address. I reprinted labels and mailed it anyway. On Xmas morning I even sent firmware setup help. A month later they 1★ me claiming it’s “blacklisted” — it isn’t, just still linked to my Amazon, an easy fix they never asked for before leaving feedback.
