Rocky transaction. The item, a keyboard stand, was categorized as like new, but when I received the item, it was missing four crucial bolts, as well as having small amounts of rust on some joints and wear-and-tear on the rubber sections. After initially rejecting my complaints, she accepted my proposed resolution of a $20 refund. The seller was polite throughout and seemed genuine in her goodwill.
The item was in good condition. He asked 4 the model, informed him not sure as it belonged to my friend.He did not ask any further questions. Dismantled and packed @ his request. Send photo of each section explaining the screws,waited for his courier without time frame.When he received he said 2 bolts were missing,hours later became 4 bolts. At his request my friend refunded him out of good will $20.Surprised reading rust etc,as the item was hardly used. Polite in communication throughout.
Excellent seller. Responsive and polite. Helped with contacting the mover and even threw in free cushions. Highly recommended 👍🏻
