Bought an item and realised that item condition doesn't match seller's description. Feedback to the seller about the finding and seller offered full refund. Appreciate seller's decision for the refund. I wish that seller would be more up front with major defects of the item as seller knows it best. Should not expect the buyer to find out the defects upon viewing especially at night under the dimmed light. Hoping for the fair transaction for both buyer & seller and not to waste each other time.
Buyer's points about the item description duly noted, & I apologised with a full refund. But onus is also on buyer to inspect item before purchase. Had asked her husband, who was collecting it, to check & test first (captured on sms) Can you do better than Dim light? stroller was where shoes & exercise machines are! surely he cld have asked to see it somewhr else if light was problematic? Buyer needs to acknowledge she was given due opportunity to inspect item and failed to do so.
