Everything was smooth dealing with seller, from collection and advise on what was wrong with the laptops (I gave him 3 to check for us) to returning the laptops. He showed me via whatsapp with pic on what was wrong and made recommendation, quote the price and only after you agreed he proceed with the necessary. Adrian is very prompt in picking up both laptops today despite the heavy jam in town! He is very friendly, provide sound advice before I confirm the repair service! Turnaround for both laptops only 1 day! From changing the motherboard, battery replacement etc to upgrading windows to Windows 10 and re-installed all the necessary software like Microsoft office, antivirus and adobe reader. Highly recommended!

Adrian was very responsive in his reply to my queries. His knowledge of the PC is good and was able to solve the issue very fast.

I found pcmedic to fix my 'complicated' home networking problems linking several computers & NAS drives. Unfortunately, he could not solve it completely on the 1st trip due to several conflicting setups done ourselves. Then he came again tried unsuccessfully another method. Most guys would probably gave up, but he does not. He came back again the third time and this time he managed to get the whole network to work. He is polite, honest; services are good & never gives up. I'm impressed!
