 1. There is no option to view items before deciding to buy, the seller does not have time to engage in viewings so all sales are made ‘off the page’, meaning ‘you see you like you buy you collect’ 2. Please do not make an offer unless you are serious about completing the transaction, since an accepted offer creates a binding commitment on both parties, subject only to the terms of sale; where a buyer reneges on a deal after having their offer accepted then it is reasonable to expect bad feedback 3. There is no option to inspect the item and reject the deal because you have changed your mind, unless of course there has been any misrepresentation in the description of the item   4. The seller is happy to provide additional technical information or answer any queries relating to the item where such information is not already stated in the listing, but please read the full description of the item before messaging the seller, since querying information already provided simply wastes your time as well as mine 5. Please avoid questions such as ‘how old is it’ or ‘how many owners has it had’ since this is irrelevant to golfing equipment, which is valued on condition not age, and in any case this information is not available to the seller   6. You are expected to commit to a definite date and time for collection upon acceptance of your offer, so if you cannot collect within the timescales outlined here, then please discuss with the seller prior to making your offer 7. Collection of all items will be from the seller’s residence in central Tampines, within walking distance of the mrt station; however the actual location will only be supplied to buyers when an offer has been made and has been accepted by the seller; by definition ‘meet-ups’ are not offered for golfing equipment 8. The seller will endeavour to be flexible regarding collection times, but in general would expect items to be collected in the evening, Mon-Fri between 19:00-22:00, with collection at weekends or outside of these hours by direct negotiation with the seller   9. Collection is expected within 2-days (48 hours) of an offer being accepted, with the item only being reserved for this length of time, so please do not make an offer if you are unable to do so, unless an extension has been expressly agreed with the seller prior to making your offer   10. Where an item is sold at less than the full asking price, then collection is required within 1-day (24 hours) of making your offer, with the item only being reserved for this length of time, unless an extension has been expressly agreed with the seller prior to making your offer   11. Any discounted price agreed with a buyer will be ‘null and void’ if deals are not completed in accordance with these terms of sale, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the seller prior to making your offer   12. Where a buyer fails to communicate with the seller within 4 hours of an offer being accepted, then the seller will have absolute discretion to void the deal and offer the item to another interested buyer   13. Failure to adhere to these terms can result in the item being ‘unreserved’ and the item being made available to other buyers, at the absolute discretion of the seller, without any recourse or liability to the original buyer 14. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions set out on listings and any variation in these terms is at the sole discretion of the seller. Buyers have the opportunity to inspect items upon collection and all items are 'sold as seen'. Any faults or other discrepancies should be brought to the sellers attention before making payment. Once payment has been made the buyer is deemed to be satisfied with the item and the transaction is deemed to be concluded; hence the buyer is deemed to have willingly taken possession.
