Hi! I’m a female pilates instructor teaching ladies of all ages pilates on the reformer at my home studio, focusing on correcting muscle imbalances to improve your form and posture for everyday life. I have taught clients of all ages including teenagers, young adults and also those who are in their 40s - 60s, you can start pilates at any age, and at any fitness level. I have two reformers in my home studio so I can accomodate up to 2 pax for the class. Ladies only for the private class. Male allowed for the duet class as long as the other participant is female. Price list shown in the photo. As a mom of 3 young children, I found that pilates helped me recover from ab separation (diastasis recti) closed to 1 finger gap and also helped alot in resolving the backaches which come together with mom life. So, I am passionate about helping ladies improve their form, posture and fitness through pilates. I offer affordable 50min reformer pilates sessions for all ladies. Suitable for beginners or those who have no prior experience.
