1 | chat-to-buy - if there is no reply / response within 24 hours, it will be taken that you’re no longer interested in the item 2 | payment and collection - payment by paynow / cash deposit / bank transfer / COD (for meetups only) - strictly no concealed cash / cash by mail - for collection via meetups (specified items only), payment can either be made in advance via cashless payment (ie COD) or upon meetup - payment should be made within 24 hours after the deal has be finalised (unless otherwise agreed upon) 3 | reservations - items will be reserved for you only when the offer is accepted + payment has been made - items will be sold / reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis 4 | trades - can be done both via mail and meetup - i generally only offer tracked mail (which will be covered by me unless otherwise stated) - if a listing does not have ‘wtt’ in the title OR says ‘no trades’ in the description, please DO NOT ctb to ask for trades 5 | mailing - picture proof will generally only be provided upon request by the buyer - you may verify/track your parcel via the tracking code on singpost ! 6 | back-outs and cancellations - if your order is placed and payment is made via carousell, i will not entertain any back-outs/cancellation UNLESS the item is out of stock - back-outs/cancellations on the buyer’s part after the offer has been accepted will be liable to a back-out fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount due 7 | additional product enquiry - extra photographs of the product will be provided upon request ! feel free to ask for them :) - only images/measurements of the product(s) will be provided. in the case of wearables, i will NOT model the items for you - all photographs and/or videos will strictly only be sent via the carousell app 8 | other general notes - slight negotiations allowed but strictly no lowballing
