Chef Mary arrived earlier than expected to set up everything. She was very professional, did everything before bbqing began. Her control of flame was very good; the food was cooked without being charred. She is open and was easy when we requested for various doneness of the meats. She is warm and gentle. She left after all the food was cooked, which was slightly beyond the official booking. 🙏

Best money I spent for my son’s 1st birthday bbq party. I saw li li once during the whole process. But I kept seeing perfectly barbecued food coming into the function room. It was raining but she had no issue. And toward the evening, she even had a headlight on. I can’t emphasize enough how super impressed I am with the perfectly done thick cut steak which I am sure I would have botched.
