Please just be upfront about the actual condition of the item. Honesty trully matters. Some buyers may not mind with small flaws but personally if i had known i would not gone through with the purchase. As for refund issue theres no need to go back and forth i undertand u refused it and ur alternatives seem to benefit you only. I hope you take this feedback seriously & dont do this again. Tnx .
